Freeform mode windows' previews are transparent in `com.android.quickstep.RecentsActivity` view until the activity is reinvoked

Reproduction

  1. Enable settings put global enable_freeform_support 1 [1] (via com.android.settings.Settings$DevelopmentSettingsDashboardActivity):

  2. Invoke com.android.quickstep.RecentsActivity.

  3. Invoke another activity. For this example, com.android.settings/.notification.history.NotificationHistoryActivity.

  4. Select “Freeform”:

  5. …that freeform window shall initially appear transparent:
