FP5 - Pictures Gallery

The astrophotography mode requires you to hold your phone steady for a minute, with a tripod. That’s why I wondered why you needed it with the stock camera app

Pictures from a recent concert.

working on the night pictures. tbh I find the night mode too flashy and bright so I did work a bit last night on reducing EV or so

Did you test super night mode as well? In such lightning conditions it might help

Automatic mode with stock camera app. Coming from my FP2 I’m always happy to not only see a white sky but something that gets close to what I can see in reality, too.

Another pair of auto vs pro mode with the stock camera app.

The phone can make some very good pictures. The first one (pro) was very close to what you could see irl. Auto mode was a little bit over exposed.

The last picture is inside. It was raining so incredibly hard that it became foggy.

Hi guys,
just funny stuff, I tryied to take some pictures of the storm in night. With my FP5.
I had automated scene “night mode” and thats it, no big profi thinking about it.
But, it seems, when there were suddently more light than “night mode” expected…as result become an error.

I am not complaining, I am very satisfied of camera performance on my FP5, but comes to me as quite funny to share …

I don’t think there’s a specific FP5 video gallery, so I’ll leave this music video here (if that’s okay) which we filmed entirely on my Fairphone 5 with the native camera app.
I like the overall quality, I just wish there would be an option for smooth video zooming.

Merry Christmas, dear fellow Fairphoners! :evergreen_tree::star2:
