FP5 Do Not Disturb not working

The Do Not Disturb setting on my FP5 appears to not be working. Sounds such as Whats App and text message notifications are still audible.

Please check the ā€˜do not disturbā€™ settings, specifically, media button whether it is not toggled on

Also, just to check everything: In the notification settings for each app you can configure ā€œoverride do not disturbā€ per message type. Maybe make sure this is not accidentally turned on for some notifications.

I didnā€™t know about that! However, Iā€™ve checked some of the apps that are still sounding and it is set to not override.

The media sounds is turned off. But Iā€™m wondering when I did that. I will test and reply again!

Sorry itā€™s taken me ages to come back here to update. It turns out I had by DND notifications set back to front. So all the things I didnā€™t want to could come through, and all the things I did want (e.g., the kids ringing) couldnā€™t. Now sorted!
