I can’t get my Fitbit to sync with my new FP4, either in the Fitbit app (which I had transferred over from my old phone) or by searching for my Fitbit in my phone’s settings for Bluetooth - my FP4 can’t even find it, let alone connect. My Fitbit syncs fine with my old phone, so I know it’s not that. I saw there was a similar issue last year, but the fix suggested then no longer work, as the settings referred to from the old OS are no longer present in the same way on Android 12, so can someone please advise on how to fix this?

You may need to disconect your Fitbit(ch) from your old device first to be able to set it up on your new phone.
