FP3+ with LineageOS for MicroG AND magisk for banking apps?

Hi,
I have a Fairphone 3+, that was on its base FairphoneOS.
I recently unlocked it and proceeded to clean flash LineageOS for MicroG. It is the latest Lineage 17.1, everything is up to date.

Of course google related apps such as google maps aren’t working and this is fine. However, I do struggle not having the bank app working and with that I don’t necessarily mean the actual bank app but the verification app that sends the codes in order to access the bank account on the computer as well. I’ve read that Magisk does the trick. However, I flashed my phone using fastboot because I read the twrp doesn’t work.

Can anyone help me out?

What do you mean you flashed your phone using fastboot? What did you do exactly? Which guide did you follow?
Also, TWRP does work, you just have to know how to use it. Just temporarily boot into it using fastboot boot twrp.img (replace twrp.img with the actual name). Installing it is more tricky indeed.
