What you can do:
Fairphone can’t reproduce this bug. Therefore, if you want them to work on it, please contactsupport specifying in the subject: “A10 - SD card phone storage issue”, precising which SD-card model you own. The more data they will have, the better they will be able to work on it
Can you also all confirm you are on the latest build of FPOS? If not, could you please update and try again?
Also, I’m afraid the data on the card is lost anyway Except if you can get the data on it e.g by connecting the phone to a computer, I believe you won’t get it back.
I will update the SD-card guide to have better instructions.

You can try to follow these instructions, but not sure they’ll work:
You have to:
Move all apps installed on the SD card to Internal Storage (if any). You can do that in Settings / Storage / SD card / Apps . You have to move each app individually.
Migrate your data from the SD card to Internal Storage (only if you migrated your data to the SD card before). In Settings / Storage / Internal Storage , open the 3-dot-menu and select Migrate data .
Now your SD card should be empty. If you want to remove it permanently you should format it as portable storage before ejecting it.
