In the worst case: There are left hand drills available. If try a “normal” right hand drill, you may damage the thread in the display.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve tried the “easy” fixes, the screw won’t move and I don’t have a left hand drill on hand.
Tbh I don’t want to damage the screw any further, so I think I’ll take it to a repair shop (sadly)
I’ll keep you posted!

Hey,
So changing the bottom module didnt help.
I guess I should follow @FPbonn’s advice and try to clean the mainboard with IPA.
Is there any way I can try to backup the data beforehand?

To summarise the situation:

My FP3 won’t charge and therefore won’t boot, the battery drained quickly before I could do a full backup. The bottom module was changed and that didnt help. I also got a brand new charger.
I still have an old battery lying around but I wanna keep it as a last resort…

I’m wondering if it’s possible to change the mainboard (if I buy a second-hand FP3 or 3+)… Has anyone tried it?

Wouldn’t it be easier to use the second-hand phone as it is? The mainboard is basically the phone itself, at least the biggest and most expensive part.
