If you haven’t done so yet, try to charge the phone to check if there is any sign of life in the LED (white, green or red).
thanx for you reply.
phone was ‘full’ when it happned.
I did try to charge it after it happend, but no sign of life.
just now putted at the charger again. and no luck yet. aslo no charging light.
Hi there,
unfortunately that sound like a case of sudden death. If only the On/Off button was the problem, you would get some reaction by charging it.
Best regards
Hello,
I need help with my FP3+ because it no longer turns on. Yesterday I was using it, then I got into my car and placed it on a stand where I always leave it. I drove for about 10 minutes to get home, and once at home I noticed that the phone was off and it hasn’t turned on since. The phone had battery, and even when I try to charge it now, nothing happens—not even the LED light that indicates it’s charging turns on.
The phone is already 3 years old, but until that moment it had always worked without any problems. It did not suffer any impacts during the trip.
The car mount is a magnetic holder that I’ve been using for the past 2 years with the FP3+ and also with an iPhone, without any issues.
I have tried removing the battery, waiting a bit, and putting it back in, as well as disassembling and reassembling the phone, but none of this worked.
Thank you in advance for your help.
