FP3 charge level jumps to 0

My Fairphone 3 currently has problems with the battery, I think:

It irregularly switches from the respective charged amount (e.g.: 50%) to 0% and shuts down automatically. Then I have to take the battery out once, put it back in and the original battery display is correct again. Sometimes this works for a few days, sometimes for a few seconds and I have to keep repeating this.

Should I replace the battery or is something else wrong?

Try a kickstart first. With this procedure you reset the software in the battery.
