FP2 starting process loop

since this morning i can’t switc on my FP2. the display starts till “FAIRPHONE APPEARS” on the display but the starting process doesn’t go on…it continuos to restart but never finish the swith on process.
my FP2 is 4 month old and i always did every update.

help me soon, i’m in big trouble

FP2 won't turn on - stuck in restart loop

A few weeks ago my FP2 suddenly stopped working. I was using the google maps app when it suddenly turned off. I turned it back on, but after a few seconds of the restart screen and a short vibration it went black again, then did the same over and over. I have tried removing the battery and sim card and let it rest for a day, and the same thing happens. I also tried to let it keep doing the rebooting loop for a long time with nothing more happening. I also tried a hard reset, but can’t even reach…

Do you have adb on your computer ?
you can plug the phone over usb, and do an “adb logcat” to investigate any error message from the phone. Copy the error here and we can try to help you.
