My headphones snapped while plugged into my FP2 and I can’t get it out! What can I dismantle, so that I can get to the piece that is still down my headphone jack?

You could try to get the headphone module out, like described in this iFixit Tutorial and then cautiously dismantle the module itself by opening these screws with a small torx screw driver:
Then very gently try to push from the inside to get the headphone plug out.
