As a new contributor to the forum there are a few limits.
a) you can not upload images and
b) you have no personal/direct messaging option.
To remove the above restrictions view a few posts, edit your own maybe. Just be a bit more active etc. 
Once you’ve gone from New to Basic user, as you say it turns on often would you please upload an image of the phone switched on with today’s date for example.
