Hello, my FP1 cannot be recharged. Seems to be a problem with the charging hub, as all other parts (battery, charger) are working well.
Can the hub be replaced and is it available in the shop?
If by hub you mean the USB port / USB connector then there are quite a number of topics in the forum that discuss defects to that. The short summary is that the port is soldered to the mainboard, which is sold out and likely will not be produced any more. If your device is still in warranty, Fairphone may be able to repair it, though there is no guarantee that it will be seen as a warranty repair. Others have managed to find skilled repair shops that can solder in a new port, but this is difficult to do (more on that via here).
