No problem with the usb-adapter, but no connection with bluetooth 
Troubleshooter “Teufel” no solution, whether the teufel app 
My questions:
-Which name has the bluetooth connection “infinity” or else?
-Are there problems/tips from other FP4 user?
Sorry can’t say that I ever experienced any trouble connecting my Teufel Airy, my Fairbuds XL or any other BT-Headset with my FP4.
So what’s exactly the issue look like? They don’t even get shown when trying to search for them or does connecting with them fail? Or do they connect but you don’t hear anything?
Regarding your first question. What do you mean by “infinity”? The names listed during BT search are exactly what you would expect which is how the headphones are called.
Haven’t used the Teufel app yet though.

Sorry weder mit meinen Teufel Airy noch mit meinen Fairbuds XL oder irgendwelchen anderen BT-Headsets hatte ich jemals irgendwelche Verbindungsprobleme am FP4.
Da heißt bei der Bluetooth-Suche erscheinen deine Teufel-Kopfhörer aber wenn du versuchst sie zu verbinden, dann scheitert es oder werden sie gar nicht erst aufgelistet? Oder sie lassen sich verbinden, aber man hört nichts?
Ich weiß nicht was du mit “infinity” meinst. Bei mir wurden die Kopfhörer so aufgelistet, wie sie auch heißen.
Ich habe allerdings keine Erfahrungen mit der Teufel app.

No way to connect this headset, also not with the Teufel APP. I’ve tried also another FP4 > no connection. The problem may be the headset itself. I will visit Teufel shop with mobile and headset. Greetings from Rolf
