Hey everyone,

I have a new FP 3 and realized that the touchscreen doesn’t work whenever the phone lies flat on the table ( more general: whenever it is in a horizontal position). Is that normal? Is there a way to change that? Or do I have to get used to it?

That is not normal at all. First thing I would recommend is to #contactsupport. They will be able to help you and repair your phone.
Then, you could try taking the phone apart and cleaning the contacts between the screen and the core-module with cleaning alcohol.
You could also try to contact a local #fairphoneangel to test a spare screen, he/she might be able to help you.
