Has anyone knowledge of who makes the batteries for the Fairphone 4 and which other phones do they fit? I have given up trying to get a battery direct from Fairphone website. After weeks of waiting on Sales to reply with a tracking and then a duff battery being sent and then no reply from Customer Services, I want to cut Fairphone out of the equation. If Fairphone is the only source, I will have to junk the phone and get another make. I need dependability.
Batteries and other spare parts are available across multiple different mobile and repair shops in the EU. Would be suprised if you can’t find any in the UK.
On a quick search I’ve found the following “replica" battery on some apparent UK store https://uk.energystox.com/battery-fairphone-f4ac1-for-fairphone-4-ex-af727
These are generally also available on the ifixit store, do they not ship batteries to the UK?

Follow on… I found one seller on ebay selling one for £50 (twice the Fairphone price). I am not really on for spending that much… I ordered a battery from Energy Stox as recommended for about the same as from Fairphone. Not until I got to the end and paid did I find out that they were getting them from HongKong from Cameron Sino! The wait time is likely to be a month and there are currently none available. I am locked into waiting… If the Chinese are to be believed…. Meanwhile, Fairphone in Netherlands has still not replied. Desperate, I rushed out and bought a Samsung Xcover unknowingly that there too is just a moronic A1 customer service and none of their “flagship” shops in London actually sell or stock the Samsung Xcover batteries! Samsung English speaking Helpdesk could not even recognise that they sold such phones! Agh!
My experience with EnergyStox– terrible! Try reading Trustpilot Reviews! I’ve been a mug and bought from them and nothing has come in one month. They are not UK based- Chinese/HongKong/ Eastern Europe…. All stock comes from China.
Many companies on Mainland Europe will no longer ship at a reasonable price to the UK. ÂŁ15 / $25 /E22 is quite typical.
I’m sorry for your experience. I literally said that I’ve done a quick search. 
Experience soundss typical like any Chinese-owned “European company”.
