I had a problem with updating Fairphone Open on my FP2 (this forum helped me to solve it - thank you!).
The phone did not work at all, so I contacted the office FP-Support, first by e-mail and then by phone. The agent could not help me but asked for an e-mail address an my number to call back.
That was 2 weeks ago. I did not get any reaction until now.
Such a “support” is just no support! I know FP is a small company but that’s still poor.
