Yes but their response times are long and my problem is still not solved after almost two months of back and forth and no solution from Cordon either. It’s getting ridiculous. They either don’t reply or I get some generic answer.
I am saddened by the whole affair… have been trying to get a new device or money back for many many weeks now but I feel like I am being strung along
