I’m looking for a way to refer a friend. Found the below link, which provides info but no actual option to create a link.
Does anyone know where to find the referral link?

Did you fill in your email address to have the referral link sent to you?
I believe the referral programme is linked to the Keep Club programme.
When I log on to my Keep Club accont, I can access my referral link.
I’m a member. I also found the info page. No link to send to a friend though. 
The page you linked is not exactly the same I linked.
Could you please try the following steps and let me know?
- Word lid van de Fairphone Keep Club
- log in
- wait till you are redirected to your account
- choose keep club from your account - Login | Fairphone
- click the words - keep club - they should be underscored
- scroll down till you see this
