My FP2 is not putting calls through to non-mobile numbers. At first I thought it was all calls but I’ve managed to call a mobile now. I’ve tried clearing the cache, switching the sim to the card 2 place, rebooting, … Any help much appreciated. Thanks
I’d try swapping the SIM over to a different phone. To me it sounds as if there are some limitations on the SIM card because for the phone it shouldn’t make any difference to what kind of number you’re calling.

The phone does not know whether a call is made to a fixed or mobile number. This is most likely an issue with your operator. In which country are you and what is your operator?
