Fairphone does not start

My fairphone 3+ (3 1/4 years old) does not start anymore, LED not working. Battery change or different power supply does not help.

It is interesting for me how it started: I charged it and the LED was green but it did not react when I pushed the power button. I pressed power + volume down for some seconds to reboot. That ist when the LED turned off and there was no reaction anymore.

Any ideas what I can do before I throw it in the trash? Do you have any ideas how to save data from the internal storage?

Sorry to hear this but about the usual time scale for possible motherboard failure upon FP3. If you care to input “Fairphone 3 dead” under the Q magnifier icon search facility at top right of screen, you will get the idea. As regards saving the data this is a possible short term solution:
