Should I have already received my 20% voucher? I am subbed to the newsletter, to every notice, and I haven’t received it.
I received the newsletter on tuesday (15 July) at 17:11. The email included both a(n apparently personalized) link to discounted spare parts as well as spelled out a personal discount code further down in the email.
I have previously subscribed to the newsletter, but haven’t been receiving it for a while now. I tried to resubscribe but that didn’t help. In the end I subscribed with a different email address from the offer page and almost immediately received the offer code so it’s maybe worth trying another email address. Of course the Fairphone 5 battery is out of stock just now though…
ha! When I read the newsletter my first thought was to get a spare battery as well, having the FP5 for almost 2 years now. They almost got me buying without a need 
(I then realized that my battery is totally fine and I wont need it, but luckily as a backup they also marked it as sold-out)

FP5 battery back in stock today and I successfully ordered using the 20% code, a Keep Club voucher for £25 and free delivery based on my Tier status!
FP4 battery is still out of stock. Let’s see if it’s available again until 3rd of August…
