Hey Guys! Today I received my Fairphone 6 and it’s a very good experience so far  After setting all up I was searching for a protective Case and a screen protector - since the original Case from Fairphone isn’t available yet.. But I didn’t find a protective case so far. As an alter…

I recently purchased a white case for the Fairphone 6. While the device seems to maintain its original color, the case is yellowing quickly, looks dirty, and cleaning with soap and water doesn’t solve the problem. Has anyone found a solution to this problem, which I don’t think is unique to me? Is i…

I would find your proposal logical, even for a simple replacement, but, as is well known, customer service response times are rather Kafkaesque. I contacted support for an annoying problem with my new Fairphone 6, which I’ll have to resolve by sending the device in for repair. I received a courteous…

Hi I think we all hope for some kind of CS breakthrough. So how about filing the complaint now and seeing how it develops? With the repair portal some issues got sorted, for example your previous repair would presumably have taken less time, so…you know one can hope I love the Kafkaesque analogy …

The original Fairphone 6 case protects the camera and display very well. Unfortunately, fine particles get between the case and the smartphone through the large hole on the back. This causes scratches on the plastic in several places. The case leaves marks on the edges of the FP6. Has anyone else ha…
