Fairphone 5 with e/os calls cutting each other off

Hi All,
I have a fairphone 5 with e/os however when I get calls from people they often cut each other off and do not show up as a dropdown with “call from x” answer/decline as they would on most phones.

Is there a way to achieve the typical behaviour? And if so how do I do that? Thanks

Maybe a problem with VoLTE or VoWifi. Did you already ask your provider or ask on the /e/ forum?
Do you have the possibility to borrow a sim card from someone else with a different provider to check out if the problem persists then?

I don’t think it’s a sim issue a friend of mine also has a fairphone with e/os and it has the same issue (we’re using different sim providers) hitting up the e/os forums is a good idea though.
