Fairphone 5 registration: IMEI not correct

Hi,
I don’t arrive to register my faiphone. The message is: *The IMEI in not correct. Please check and try again".
I checked several time the IMEI 1 number and it always indicate the same things.
I bought the smarphone directly from Fairphone

You will have to contact support directly and wait for their reply. We as user cant do much here. Be prepared to wait at least a month for an answer.

I have already made the request. I risk losing the warranty extension.

Hello, do not worry about risking losing the warranty because of the deadline.
Once the problem is solved you should be able to register , we have seen such cases on the forum
