Hello everyone. Today I installed Android 11 on the Fairphone 4. However, after booting Android, I enabled USB Debugging to lock the bootloader. Restarted the phone, I locked the bootloader. At the first start, as soon as the operating system started, I received an error message, with the invitation to connect to a web link (which I have not memorized). Android did not load and looped on the bootloader. Now I only access the bootloader, locked, and I have no possibility to even start the recovery mode. How can I do this? Thanks to those who want to give me help.

What version of FPOS was installed on your phone before and which version did you install? The FP4 is on A12, did you try to downgrade your phone? 
What’s the output of fastboot oem device-info && fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability?

in February I tried to install FPOS12 without success: the procedure gave an error.
I therefore installed calyx os.
today, after seeing that the FPOS12 version was not available on the fairphone website (the web page gave an error), I downloaded FPOS11 and proceeded to install it.
the procedure was successful, but after restarting to lock the bootloader, the error message appeared.
currently the OS won’t boot and I’m stuck at the bootloader with device state locked. the output which is the following:

The Calyx install was (probably) on the latest security patch level, so you can’t install an older FPOS version (older patch level) and lock the bootloader, that triggers rollback protection and bricks your phone.
The only way you can go back to stock is by either installing up to date factory images (not available) or flashing older ones and updating the system to the same SPL you had before.
You’ll have to #contactsupport, nothing we can do here, sorry.

That is so unfortunate. You must have visited their website at the time they were updating the Android 12 versions to the latest and previous builds, which are now available.
Hopefully support will help you to send it back for resetting.

That can only mean they’ll release a new version soon, can’t have images available that don’t brick peoples phones, that would be too easy …
It’ll cost you 30€ (at least that was the prize in the past) and you’ll have to send the phone to Cordon, the repair contractor, but it can be fixed.
