As mentioned above, VoLTE with FP3 works well on EE.
I think most of the MVNOs don’t offer VoLTE at the moment, but I assume they will have to as 3G turns off. Unfortunately, Fairphone will no longer implement VoLTE for additional providers on the FP3 (see above), so presumably the list of which providers the FP3 can use is now fixed.
