My Fairphone 3+ bit the dust after only around 1.5 years of usage with the core module experiencing sudden death, so I’m selling off all the spare parts! Which means:

I had hoped, but support wouldn’t cover it sadly (which makes no sense to me since iirc EU has the 2 year warranty? regardless, I’m just gonna do this now )
I remember it being because this is the replacement phone from a previous warranty, but I can’t quite recall - a family member handled it for me, I’ll ask them sometime.
oh I see. I guess than the original device was purchased earlier. Sorry to hear that it did not work for you. I hope you at least got the FP 3 discount (when purchasing FP4)
7.3 A repair or replacement will not renew or extend the Warranty Period unless such renewal or extension is mandated by local law, in which case the Warranty period is extended by the minimum time required by law. In countries where a renewal or extension of warranty is not mandated by local law, the product is covered by the remaining warranty period or a period of (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. The malfunctioning or defective Product that Fairphone has replaced shall become Fairphone’s property.
I got the FP4 second-hand, but it was still at a very good price! Had no idea about the discount though, that’s nice! I’m happy regardless though. It is also nice to give the FP4 a second life!
Hey @Eliott_Bo! The rear camera is unfortunately gone, but the top module is still available And actually, I seemed to have typo’ed! It’s actually a top module+. Do let me know (preferably through DMs) if that works for you!
