Hi

I have an fairphone 3 and it isn’t possible to recharge the battery, It’s not from the cable but the problem comes from the connection inside the phone, could you tell me how to fix this problem ?

Have a look if a Fairphone Angel is in your neighbourhood.
It could be the bottum module. When you are lucky a Fairphone Angel can check your bottom module.
It’s still possible to buy a new bottom module.

All modules are inside the phone :wink: .
The bottom module is this:

containing the USB connector.
