Fairphone 3 cannot push the simcard in neither slot

Hi, I just struggle to insert the sim, card, it’s pushed back when I put in slot 1 and slot 2, then I try to put the battery, but the sim card prevents so…

I do not want to destroy the 4 plug things, and hence I am not sure,

That will not work. You will have to push the SIM card into the slot all the way, it will then stay there. That it comes back out shows you were not quite there to trigger the mechanism that would keep the ejector spring in check to keep the card in. It should look like this in the end, but you will have to push it a bit further in than that to trigger the mechanism (and you would have to do the same again to get it out, the spring would eject it then) … [IMG_20200125_175732] Also, be s…

Sounds a little bit like you’re not pushing enough. Not harder but deeper. It’s intentional that the sim card is pushed back until it gets locked in.

But it also might be that your sim lock is broken.
