Dear all, I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and connected them to my Fairphone 3 (Anroid 11). As soon as I take a walk listening to podcasts with the phone in my pocket the connection starts to dwindle heavily with a high ferequency of disruption. As soon as I pull out the phone a hold it directly in front of me the connection is reestablished. The problem continues as soon as the phone is back in my pocket. I have tried to reset all wifi and bluetooth connection and factory resets, nothing seems to work. The earphones are fine, as I have tried them with other phones.
Does anyone have the same problem or even figuered out a solution? Sadly customer service seems to be currently overwhelmed and does not responde.
