I am trying to use my Fairphone 3 as a card reader for my ID card with “AusweisApp” but it fails. The ID card seems to be read, but no communication with the server ist set up.
Error code: Workflow_Card_Removed, Reason: Did_Authenticate_Eac2_Card_Command_Failed
The app support says (translated): "Unfortunately, some Fairphone 3 models are not compatible with the AusweisApp. Unfortunately, we are not able to see and/or tell you exactly which models are affected. Both we and Fairphone are aware of this problem. A solution is already being worked on, but we are currently unable to determine when this problem will be resolved.
Any hints?
