Fairphone open USB does not get recognized Fairphone 2

Hello, I have a problem with my Fairphone 2 running Fairphone open 18.01.1 and my USB connection Without having the Developers Settings enabled, I do not get any USB connection (neither charging nor data transfer). Once I enable developers options & USB debugging, I get the notification menue to select the kind of USB connection (charging, data, etc.) Can you please provide help how to get a USB conneciton without having the developers options turened on. Thanks Fabian
