I have the fairphone charger and it’s only 30W due to that is the max wattage for the fairphone 5. Are there any “fair” charger like that but for laptops (45-60w)? (so usb-c) I just got a new laptop but charger was not included, so here I am shoppijg for laptop chargers. 
Shift has charger, not sure how fair those are and I dont know if they ship to all EU countries

Had the same issue like you. My Framework comes without charger because I just did not order it with the laptop.
I wanted a charger with at least two outlets for charging two devices at the same time. Just for be more efficient and dont block several sockets with different chargers. Until now I can recommend Anker products. They are probably not fair made, but the products are long lasting, so at least they dont need to be replaced often.
