Fairbuds XL 2023 - no Support?

hi, I’m using the Fairbuds XL 2023 with the Fairbuds app. I wanted to contact thesupport via the app but the link is broken and on the website I can’t find the support for the modell either. Any ideas? Thanks.

I don’t know about the app unfortunately as I don’t have them but the self-repair portal does include Fairbuds XL 2023

Unfortunately the “Tiles” don’t work when you cklick on them.

On my FP5, on firefox they do work.
Please kindly check different browsers if you please

Hi Meaghan,

unfortunately it doen’t work on my phone nor on my Laptop. Not with Firefox, not with Chrome. And there seem to be no active link connected to the tiles.
