Did anyone get a feedback on this topic from the support?
I‘m waiting now for 6 weeks to get an outlook on future improvements.
Right now I can only use the buds for listening to music. When I use them for a phone call the ones in the other line starts complaining about the bad quality.
3 more weeks without any news about an update or at least an information when an update to solve that issue is planed.
It’s annoying. When I’m hearing a podcast and get a call, I’m asked to stop using the Fairphones because it’s so annoying for the person on the other line.
My FairBuds are showing the same issue, can’t use the FairBuds for phone calls due to the bad microphone sound.
I have already submitted a request over a month ago, still no response.
Did any of you get it resolved? Or is it really not resolved after a year?

I waited 6 month for an indication when the issue will be solved → no answer at all.
After that I solved the issue by buying the latest AirPods with ANC. Of course they have huge disadvantages regarding battery exchange etc. But they work perfectly!
An a product what can not be used for ist purpose is also not sustainable at all…
Same here, i use them a lot, most of the time calling in the car goes smooth. When calling in an empty room or in an office my voice is also cut out a lot. It’s such a shame because i like them in general and use them pretty heavily throughout the day.
Same problem. No matter which device or applicaton. Android phone, laptop, Desktop PC, Discord, Voice etc. This is very disappointing. Those things need to do three things. 1) pair with devices 2) play audio 3) receive microphone input
I am in contact with the support team. I did some testing and noticed, that the Fairbuds sometimes use that was too aggressice noise cancelling and sometimes it does not. I managed to register both in one take. Just by switching the Fairbuds left/right/case a couple of times.
