I dont seem to get the form for extended warranty working.
On safari/mac and chrome/iphone after the source of phone i get a blank page. on firefox seems to load the same page in a frame [definitely a bug]
Have any ideea?

Seems not fixed for me.
I got a blank page after selecting where I bought my Fairphone (Fairphone website for me).
I’ve set country and language to France/french on the website.
I use Firefox on my PC. But it’s the same in the Fairphone app.
I don’t know if it can be helpful.
I think that the issue is fixed now: as of around 7 pm UK time on Friday 5th April it is working again in the Fairphone app.
I received my Fairphone on Wednesday 3rd April and wanted to extend the warranty. However, the screen
in the app would go blank after answering the first question (where I bought my Fairphone from). Similar would happen on from my desktop PC.
I confirme the fix. I managed to do it on the website few hours after my message.
Due to vaccations, I didn’t had time to respond earlier.

how long does it take for a newly registered Fairphone 4 to take affect in the fairphone app → extended warranty?
It still says “register now”
I had the issue with the Fairphone App not recognising my warranty after the update I guess. So I would wait a few days and if it still does not work, I would try the following: reboot, log on log off in the app, and as a last step reinstall the app.
You can also try to delete cache and/or application data in Android settings for applications before unsintalling and reinstalling.
