Luckily, I have never struggled with a worn out screw on a Fairphone myself yet, but others here have – I think @Mixigodo previously recommended a rubber band in between driver and screw head (Mixigodo, feel free to correct me if got that wrong, or even better – explain the recommended approach if you find the time).
