On my phone is Fairphone OS FP5.UT2L.B.107.20250218 installed. So the menus should be the same, I think.
Updated the phone today. Just now got the point “Hearing Aids”. Unfortunately the update has no effect to the earspeaker, also tested again the earspeaker with the fairphone app.
No sound was audible. Unlike the speaker test, the sound was clearly audible here.
So its defect and I will return it to the dealer. We will see, if he will try to repair it, or send the money back.
Just another fact in this case: got an email from the fairphone support, with a bunch of questions on the 10th of April, answered on the 11th.
Take one of my old phones, but functional and set it up as a useful one.
Last thursday, as I don´t get any answer from the fairphone support, brought my fairphone to my dealer to repair it.
Yesterday, I got an email from the fairphone support:

I really like the phone but this story with the official Fairphone support is one of the worst support experiences I ever had. Contacted them at 17.03.25 and got a ticket and they told me
“Our current reply time is about 16-18 working days. We thank you in advance for your patience!”
Since then nothing more happened.
