I work for a voice service operator and we noticed that the FP4 does not play early audio when 180 RINGING no SDP ist followed by an 183 PROGRESS with SDP + RTP bearing the announcement.
This is required for value added services to play a price announcement before connecting the call.
Samsung Phones behave correctly and play the announcement in this scenario.
Is this a bug in the fairphone firmware? If so, where can I report the bug?
When no 180 RINGING is preceding the 183 + SDP early audio the FP4 behaves correctly.
