When i activate acn or voice through, my earbuds begin making a noise (hiss). Only acn is without noise.
This was not before… how to fix it?

could you resolve the problem? I have the same problem, which is unfortunate and I’m thinking about sending the earbuds back 
hi there, reset was no option. Eventually i contacted Fairphone (called them, mail takes forever…). And they send me a new one 
(you have to fill in some questions, take picture etc…).
