My right earbud is dropping very very fast in percentages. Within 10 minutes the percentage drops from 100, 90, 80 %… till “battery low” sound…
Very annoying…
Anyone know a fix? Theyre less then a year old.
Then they are protected by the warranty so contact support for repair or replacement.

Did this happen outdoors at very low temperatures? Or the same indoors?
It happens indoor. with and without loading cable plugged in…
