I am confused. I read that the FP 3 comes with /e/OS and without any Google-applications. I got my FP 3 today and it’s full with Google Apps… Where did I go wrong?

/e/OS only comes preinstalled if you buy the FP3 directly from the e.foundation.
However, every FP3 can be switched to /e/OS using the e.foundation’s instructions:
There is one dead link in the instructions though when it comes to unlocking the bootloader. Fairphone’s instructions for this step have been moved here:
