It might disable the second output, if it’s just a 30W charger and the FP4 is already charging at that level. Or it has to reduce the output power to have enough resources for the 18W output, if it’s not a 48W plug.

But at the moment, that’s only guessing, because none of us could lay hands on the charger until now.
