Help! I have just returned from holiday and I usually have no problem downloading to my Mac using the android app. But now it keeps saying my phone is locked and tells me to unplug it, unlock the screen and try again. However, the phone isn’t locked and I have tried searching in settings and changed the lock screen security to none, still no response. I updated the system last week and the screen on the phone changed, I am annoyed with this as it is not as easy to use either! Current system version is OS 17.05.8
