As the headline says, I am looking for the Bugticket tracker for the Files app of Murena. As it is Open Source, there should be one.
Reason: I want to propose a new feature that is dearly needed!
If you make copies of multiply large files over the USB bus (e.g. to or from a USB memory stick) the copy process is completely intransparent in the invisible background. There is no indication that would say how many files are still to be processed (a time estimate would be swell, but remaining files is easier to implement).
Due to Fairphones decision to build a modern phone (with highres cameras producing large files) with antique USB 2, the process can take many minutes. Because of this, the process did not finish I made other copies to the same directory producing file names with (1) or (2) etc…
Fairphone: I would rather have paid 50 Euro more for the phone and gotten a decent USB interface. I hope you will introduce this later on. I am pretty sure inside the chipset there is USB 3 capable on the north bridge, and it’s just some glue logic missing. So this would be a hardware upgrade dearly needed.
Thanks
