Hi Stu, maybe being a bit more detailed in your posts help to find solutions.

From reading through your posts: your are located in the US and bought the FP4 installed with e/OS. As this is quite new, the list of users and apps might not be very comprehensive.

There is a topic here covering US and maybe posting there will help to directly ask those using the phone in your country.
