Didn't receive an invoice after placing an order (guest account)

Hi! I’m brand new to this forum, so please tell me if I did something wrong by posting etc.
Yesterday, I ordered a Fairphone 5 via the official website and I got to the Adyen billing page of my bank. It didn’t load properly, so I refreshed the page (I think that was a bad idea). However, on the Fairphone website I was directed to afterwards, it showed an order number. I didn’t screenshot it since I thought I would get an email with this info, anyway. But I haven’t gotten an email with the order number/status nor do I see the transaction on my bank account.

What should I do?

Contact Fairphone? The user forum cant help you with this.

Refreshing the page sends you to the page with the order saying it were successful, it seems like that’s false. Try it again, pay the amount, don’t refresh the page and it’ll be fine, I expect.

I disagree, as shown, I think I know the situation.
