Dial out number is not transmitted on FP2

Hello all,
it seems, that my dial out number is suppressed. Provider support O2 tells me that from his side everything should work. Any hints or ideas?

You can check/change this in your Phone app.
Open the menue in the upper right corner and then go to
Settings–>Call settings --> SUBS Settings–>GSM call settings–>Additional settings–>Caller ID
