Developer options: Why is bug reporting disabled?

This is weird: the “Take bug report” entry under Settings > Developer Options is greyed out, disabled. No idea why. Of course I have the Developer Options enabled.

Any clues?

Hi,

I think you have to enable the USB-Debugging to use that Option.
